As a cooperative whose first priority is to serve our farmer-owners, we are always looking for people who can help us deliver on that promise. If you are a recent agronomy graduate or have worked as a field agronomist for another company, we’d like to talk to you. We’re also interested in hearing from candidates with grain marketing backgrounds.

With only 55 employees, we run pretty lean. Which means hectic fertilizer and harvest seasons, followed by quiet times of the year. We are always looking for qualified seasonal labor, including fertilizer delivery truck drivers and fertilizer spreader drivers. Truck drivers must have a CDL or be able to obtain one before starting. Experience operating equipment is preferred for spreader drivers.
